Apartmani Villa Marija Nemira

VILLA MARIA is located in a place Nemira, which is an integral part of the town Omiš. The villa has 4 apartments on two floors.  Each apartment has a separate entrance, separate bedroom (double bed), kitchen, bathroom and a terrace or balcony with view on the sea and the island Brac. Sofa beds are provided for children. Apartments are fully equipped in terms of bedding, equipped

kitchen-sink, stove, gas and electricity, oven, coffee maker, dishes.

The house has the large garden where you can stay, also we have a barbecue with big stone table where you can spend lot of time. In the garden we have outdoor shower which was especially looking forward kids. We have also parking for 7 cars.

The beach is about 100 meters, until it comes to a small street-road, and stairs. A pebble beach, located in a bay that is surrounded safety rope and gradually coming into the sea.

In the immediate vicinity of the house (50 m), we have two stores where you can buy everything ( from bread, milk, cheese, fish etc).

Nemira is cca 3 km from the city centar where you can get a side road and on foot (Otherwise the car drives highway 5 minutes).

Omiš is a beautiful town at the mouth of the river Cetina, known like canyon that the river passes and merges with sea. In town besides the holiday, organized and active holidays (cycling, paragliding, hiking, rafting or canoying in the Cetina River, boat trips on island Brac, etc) guests can visit Split (25 km), Makarska (30 km). Omiš has lots of small markets, but also has the large shopping center (food, bank, post office, clothing, etc.), in the centar of Omiš are fish markets where you can get daily fresh fish.
